I drove the UX efforts of Klarna BNPL and ShopPay Express integrations across checkout touchpoints, and reimagined the Product Listing Page (PLP) to align with Baymard and Gartner Genius-level standards. SOLUTION OVERVIEW

To enhance the checkout experience and align with Michael Kors’ premium brand tone, I designed the integration of Klarna’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) touchpoints across Product Detail Pages (PDPs), Cart, and Checkout.
Working closely with product, engineering, and the Klarna partnership team, I designed a flexible messaging framework that maintained brand cohesion while increasing visibility of Klarna’s payment options. The solution enabled customers to explore installment plans without leaving the MK ecosystem, creating a more confident, conversion-driven checkout flow.

Project 2: ShopPay Express Checkout

I led the UX design and integration of ShopPay’s express checkout into Michael Kors’ e-commerce ecosystem. The goal was to create a fast, secure, and brand-aligned checkout flow that reduces friction, improves conversion, and accommodates returning customers with saved payment and shipping information.

How might we integrate ShopPay’s express checkout into Michael Kors’ e-commerce experience to provide a seamless, quick, and trustworthy payment flow without disrupting the brand’s luxury aesthetic?

SOLUTION OVERVIEW

I designed a frictionless ShopPay experience across the Cart and Checkout pages, providing returning customers with quick access to saved payment and shipping information. The flow maintains Michael Kors’ brand-consistent messaging, typography, and spacing, with a clear visual hierarchy guiding users from Cart to Purchase confirmation. I collaborated closely with ShopPay and internal engineering teams to address edge cases, ensure validation, and maintain compliance across the checkout experience.
